My introduction into fitness began with movement, first through competitive ballroom dancing, and later as captain of my varsity hip-hop dance team.
Over time, that love of movement evolved into a passion for helping others feel strong, balanced, and confident in their own bodies.
With a background in psychology and business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a NASM certified, I approach training through both a physical and mental lens, combining mindful strength work with functional movement and Pilates-inspired control.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend athletic conditioning with mindful alignment, creating sessions that are challenging, intentional, and empowering. I believe in building strength that not only transforms the body but also enhances focus, confidence, and overall well-being
