Brandon

Powerhouse Coach

My journey in movement began at Rhode Island College, where I studied Dance Performance and Communications. During my time there, I was honored to become the first dancer in the country to receive a Lin-Manuel Miranda Scholarship for dance and choreography.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching as an adjunct professor in Dance Performance and Choreography at both Dean College and Boston University. My passion for anatomy and kinesiology led me to develop an injury prevention course for BU’s summer dance intensive in 2020. Most recently, I earned my Reformer and Mat certifications through Balanced Body to deepen my work in fitness, alignment, and injury prevention.

My training focuses on corrective and foundational exercises, with an emphasis on stretching to support movement—from everyday walking to high-level athletics like professional dance, gymnastics, and track. I love integrating tools like the Pilates ball and resistance ring to enhance both the client experience and mind-body connection, whether on the mat or reformer.
